Back in the days before the internet some of the ways you got game news and tips was primarily via magazines and books, but every once in a while somebody would put out VHS tapes or start a 900 number to give tips. What follows is the weirdest way of giving tips and it’s from Nintendo Power magazine.
The video from ‘Pat The NES Punk’ shows a tape that was given away in the Nintendo Cereal System. Besides the funky music this was info that could have been in the magazine or special letter. Hell, the guy reading on the tape even says to grab a pencil!
At the end of the day that tape is awesome because it’s so freakin’ weired.
